The method

Coached by a lifter, not an algorithm.

Every Forge & Form program is written and reviewed by Coach Dana Reeves — ten years under the bar, five years coaching busy people from their first empty-bar squat to national-level meets.

Proof over promises.

I came in scared of the barbell and left my first meet with a 105 kg squat. Dana watched every single top set for sixteen weeks — I never once felt like a number in a spreadsheet.

Two kids, a full-time job, and I still hit my first strict pull-up at 41. The programming flexed around my weeks instead of guilt-tripping me about them.

The community thread is the reason I'm still here. Someone noticed when I skipped a week — that had never happened in ten years of gym memberships.

FAQ

Before you ask.

Anything else — the fastest answer is the contact page, and the honest answer is usually “yes, you can start where you are.”

Yes — that's exactly what Foundation is for. You'll start with the empty bar (or less), learn each lift step by step, and Dana reviews your videos every week so you're never guessing about form.

Three sessions a week, 45–70 minutes each. Every program has a written minimum-effective version of each session for the weeks when life happens.

A barbell, plates and a rack cover most of it. Engine runs on kettlebells and open floor. During checkout you'll flag what you have and your program adapts to it.

Film your top sets on your phone and drop them in your training thread. Dana reviews every lift within 48 hours with voice-over cues, and your next week adjusts accordingly.

Switch any time — your history moves with you. Programs are one-time purchases; the community membership is monthly and cancels with one click, no lock-in.
