One coach. Twelve people. Your name on the plan.
Self-guided blocks suit most people. Some need the programming rewritten every week around a body, a job and a history that will not fit a template — that is what this is.

Under the bar
How the month actually runs
No app-shaped busywork. Four moving parts, repeated every four weeks, each one with a person on the other end of it.
- 01Week 0
Intake
A movement screen on video, a training history, and an honest conversation about the hours you actually have. Injuries and bad weeks go on the record now, not after they derail the block.
- 02Week 1
Build
Your first four weeks land in the app with every set, rep and RPE prescribed — plus the swaps for the kit your gym is missing and the rules for what to do on a bad day.
- 03Weekly
Watch
You film your top sets. Your coach watches them, sends a timestamped voice note, and moves next week's loads before you train them rather than after.
- 04Every 4 weeks
Rewrite
The next block is written from what your logged data actually did, not from what the template said it should have done. You get told what changed and why.

Why the roster is capped at twelve
Because a form review that arrives four days late is a form review you already trained past. Twelve is the number of lifters one coach can watch properly — every top set, every week — without turning check-ins into copy-paste. When the roster is full there is a waitlist, and the waitlist is honest about how long it is.

Proof over promises.
I came in scared of the barbell and left my first meet with a 105 kg squat. Dana watched every single top set for sixteen weeks — I never once felt like a number in a spreadsheet.

Marta Lindqvist
+42 kg squat · 16 weeks
Two kids, a full-time job, and I still hit my first strict pull-up at 41. The programming flexed around my weeks instead of guilt-tripping me about them.

Nadia Whitfield
First strict pull-up · 9 weeks
The community thread is the reason I'm still here. Someone noticed when I skipped a week — that had never happened in ten years of gym memberships.

Marcus Ellison
140 kg deadlift · 12 weeks
Two questions and a video call
Applications open on the first of the month. Tell us what you train for and what has stopped working; if 1:1 is not the right answer we will say so and point you at the block that is.
