I came in scared of the barbell and left my first meet with a 105 kg squat. Dana watched every single top set for sixteen weeks — I never once felt like a number in a spreadsheet.

The community thread is the reason I'm still here. Someone noticed when I skipped a week — that had never happened in ten years of gym memberships.

Fifty-two, two knee surgeries, and back under a bar without pain. The programming treated my history as information rather than an excuse to give me pink dumbbells.

The honest caveat

These are individual results from people who trained consistently for three to four months. They are not typical, not guaranteed, and not the point — the point is that the programming is written for the person in front of it. Some members add ten kilos in a block; some spend that block learning to squat without pain, and that counts too.
